Missing items from bundle

I haven't had the chance to try the products yet in order to be completely accurate in my review. They seem to be of a good quality, but unfortunately, I am still holding on to use them because there was a missing item from the bundle that I ordered. I was very disappointed to find out that the swimming cap was missing, when that item in particular made me select this bundle out of all the rest offered on the website. It has been more than a week though that I got in touch with a customer service representative to check what could be done to resolve the issue, but they still haven't given me any updates, although I should had gotten one last Friday, February 23rd 2024. I may return the order, if they don't get back to me soon. Quite unfortunate!

Daughter loves it!

I bought for my 14 year old daughter who is on a high school swim team. She absolutely loves it all and even uses the shampoo on days she doesn’t swim now because it makes it feel so much better. She no longer smells like chlorine and her skin and hair are so smooth and silky now. Will definitely be purchasing more!

I'm upset with this purchase.

I've just received my Sixpack. It was packed in soft paper post envelope. Boxes of all items dented and torn. There is protection seal only on "face wash" and body lotion. The rest items have no protection seal. I'm upset with this purchase. Never will buy here again.

It is the first time I ordered Trihard products. But it is love at first sight. I like the smell and the feel. My skin feels soft and moisturized. My hair doesn’t smell like chlorine, is easy to comb and has a nice shine to it.

This is my fourth time

This is my fourth time buying TriHard, I also bought my girlfriend a set of shampoo, conditioner, and the body wash. I’m on a US Masters Swim Team, after 20 years of not swimming, so I was out of the loop for good products to use. I was searching high and low for the best for my hair and skin, I absolutely believe in TriHards product and will continue to purchase from them.
