This product does seem to work. I swim for over an hour at a time and my googles always leave marks and puffiness under my eyes. I used this product the last couple of times and noticed a big improvement. I’ll continue to use it.

I was skeptical at first cause I’ve tried dozens of hydrating hair products for my curly hair, but this has made it SO SOFT! I was shocked!

I’ve been really enjoying the products and have already recommended them to friends.

However, I didn’t receive the shower bag that was meant to be included with my purchase. When I contacted support, I was informed that it is out of stock and will not be restocked.

Because of this, I’d suggest updating the website to reflect the current situation. The Lucy Bundle still lists the swim/shower bag as included, which is misleading since it is no longer being provided.

This is my only minor concern in an otherwise very positive experience.

Bought these for my cousin who, like me, has tried almost every brand of anti-chlorine washes (including Aussie ones ) and I did not realise she had not tried TriHard like I use (I'm in Canberra but she's in Seattle). She has had a wonderful surprise and is raving about the wash and lotion +++ especially. So I suspect she'll be buying her own products and she'll get me some more when she next visits Australia (we pay a lot more for it here due to import duties)

Great products, BUT… The shampoo lid is super annoying and opens really easily. Just had to empty and wash out my kit bag for the second time after it leaked everywhere and now I barely have any shampoo left.

Happy with the lotion. It has been very helpful.

I am responding because you have asked me to but I have only used the body wash & body lotion twice and so far both are refreshing & I really like the fragrance of both. I have both old & irritable skin & swim 3 times a week & I have my fingers crossed that your products are as good as others say. I really like your shampoo & conditioner & would like to buy that again, your products aren’t cheap but I if they’re good I will buy again.
