We have strategically located warehouses in the US, Canada, the EU, and the UK to facilitate efficient shipping to most parts of the world, including Australia and New Zealand, primarily from our UK warehouse.

International customers should be aware that they are responsible for all additional fees, including customs, duties, and taxes, which are outside our control. Additionally, for international returns, the customer must cover the return shipping costs. If the product you received got damaged or looks different from what you saw on our website or If you are unhappy with your purchase, contact us within 14 days of your order at info@trihardus.com with a short explanation about the case and we will send you your products again right away or send you a full refund based on your choice.* Shipping and handling charges in addition to associated taxes and/or fees are non-refundable, including return shipping.
